The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be agreed upon separately with each client before work begins.
Pricing shown on this website is indicative and starting-from pricing; final quotes are provided after understanding your specific requirements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per agreed milestones.
Each project includes a defined period of free post-launch support as specified in your project agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope, or after the free support period, may be billed separately.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and custom code developed for your project transfers to you. Third-party assets (such as licensed themes, plugins, stock images, or fonts) remain subject to their original licensing terms.
Timely delivery depends on clients providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals within reasonable timeframes. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
While we take reasonable care to deliver secure, well-tested websites, Sky Web Development is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, fees for work completed up to that point are non-refundable. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual project agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
